Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sporteo.tv ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms below, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Subscription Services

Our subscription services provide access to live and on-demand sports content for personal, non-commercial use only. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. A valid subscription does not grant you ownership of any content — only a limited, revocable license to view it in accordance with these terms.

Streaming and Viewing Restrictions

All content available on Sporteo.tv is licensed exclusively for your private, personal viewing. You may watch content only through the official Sporteo.tv website or authorized applications, using your own account and on devices you personally control.

Retransmission is strictly prohibited. You may not, under any circumstances, retransmit, rebroadcast, redistribute, or make available any live or on-demand content from the Service to any third party. This prohibition includes, without limitation:

  • Streaming or relaying content to bars, restaurants, gyms, offices, or any public or semi-public venue
  • Capturing, recording, or restreaming content via screen capture, capture cards, or similar tools
  • Sharing stream URLs, embed codes, credentials, or access tokens with others
  • Operating or contributing to unauthorized IPTV lists, pirate platforms, or social media rebroadcasts
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic, device, or concurrent-stream limits
  • Sharing your account or allowing simultaneous viewing from multiple devices or locations beyond your plan's limits

We employ technical measures — including device identification, session monitoring, and concurrent-stream enforcement — to protect our content and detect unauthorized use. Any attempt to bypass these measures constitutes a material breach of these terms.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. In addition to the streaming restrictions above, you must not:

  • Share your login credentials or sell, transfer, or sublicense access to your account
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at legal@sporteo.tv.

Content Rights

All content on Sporteo.tv — including live streams, video, audio, graphics, logos, and metadata — is owned by or licensed to Sporteo.tv and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, download, record, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization from Sporteo.tv or the applicable rights holder.

Account Suspension and Termination

We take violations of these terms seriously, particularly unauthorized retransmission and account sharing. If we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms of Service — including but not limited to retransmitting content, sharing your account, or circumventing our technical protections — we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Suspend or restrict access to your account, temporarily or permanently
  • Terminate your subscription with immediate effect
  • Block the devices, IP addresses, or payment methods associated with the violation
  • Report the activity to rights holders, payment processors, or law enforcement where appropriate

Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of these terms are not eligible for a refund, including any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period. No credits, chargebacks, or partial reimbursements will be issued in connection with enforcement actions taken due to your violation of these terms, except where a refund is mandated by applicable law.

We reserve the right to pursue any other remedies available to us under law or equity. Reinstatement of a suspended account is at our sole discretion and may require additional verification or payment of outstanding fees.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sporteo.tv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
